Service Scope: Cartoon doll design, R&D, customized production, finished product sales, design consulting, and related supporting services (collectively referred to as the "Services" below)
1. Acceptance of Terms and Scope of Application
1.1 By accessing, registering for, or using any service of this website, you (hereinafter referred to as the "User") acknowledge that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to all contents of these Terms, as well as supporting rules of this website such as the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy (collectively referred to as the "Website Rules"), which constitute a legally valid agreement between both parties.
1.2 These Terms apply to all Users (individual/enterprise Users). Enterprise Users must possess legal subject qualifications (e.g., valid business license). Minors (under 18 years old) may use the Services only with the consent of their legal guardians, who shall bear corresponding responsibilities.
1.3 We reserve the right to update and modify these Terms in accordance with changes in laws and regulations or business adjustments (e.g., adding 3D customization or IP co-branding services). Modified Terms will be notified via website announcements or pop-up prompts. Your continued use of the Services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms; if you disagree, you shall immediately cease using the Services.
2. User Account and Information Specifications
2.1 Registration and Authentication: Users must provide true, accurate, and complete registration information (name/enterprise name, contact information, address, email, etc.) to enjoy services such as customization and bulk purchasing. Information changes must be updated promptly. Users shall be solely responsible for any service abnormalities caused by providing false information.
2.2 Account Security: Users shall keep their account name, password, verification code, and other identity information confidential and shall not transfer or lend their accounts. Users shall bear losses arising from account theft or password leakage, but must notify us promptly. We will assist in freezing the account and minimizing losses.
2.3 Prohibited Account Behaviors: The following behaviors are strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to issue warnings, restrict functions, freeze, or cancel the account without refunding paid fees:
(1) Fraudulent acts such as posting false demands, malicious ordering, or fake transactions;
(2) Submitting customized materials that infringe on third-party intellectual property rights or portrait rights (e.g., pirated IP images);
(3) Attacking website servers, stealing others' information, or disseminating illegal or non-compliant content;
(4) Other behaviors violating Website Rules or relevant laws and regulations.
3. Core Service Processes and Standards
3.1 Service Classification and Core Agreements

3.2 Special Design Service Process (Including 6 Core Stages)
(1) Consulting Services
• Service Content: Answering questions about material characteristics, process feasibility, IP authorization requirements, design cycles, cost composition, customization processes, etc.;
• Service Methods: Online customer service, telephone, email, video conference (for large-value orders);
• Fee Rules: Regular consultation (single session ≤ 30 minutes) is free of charge; In-depth consultation (>30 minutes, including cost accounting and trend analysis) is charged at Payment Item 01 (approximately 5 US dollars). Full deduction is allowed if a service agreement is signed within 15 days.
(2) Design Program Discussion
• Prerequisite: Users provide clear requirements (usage scenarios, style preferences, functional requirements) and reference materials;
• Service Content: Communicating design direction, style positioning, and feasibility of program frameworks;
• Rules: 2 free centralized discussions are provided (each ≤ 60 minutes). Additional sessions are charged at Payment Item 02 (approximately 10 US dollars). Users must provide feedback within 3 days; failure to do so will be deemed as acceptance. Core requirement changes (e.g., style restructuring) shall be regarded as new demands.
(3) Design Program Formulation
• Delivery Content: Formal program document (design concept, size planning, material recommendations, process flow, cost estimate);
• Cycle: First draft will be delivered within 3-5 working days after consensus is reached in the initial discussion;
• Revision Rules: 2 free partial revisions are allowed. Additional revisions are charged at Payment Item 03 (approximately 20 US dollars). Core revisions (concept/style changes) require re-quotation.
(4) Design Pattern Discussion
• Prerequisite: Design program has been confirmed;
• Service Content: Communicating details such as doll facial expressions, clothing patterns, LOGO positions, and color matching;
• Rules: Sketches are provided as the basis for discussion. 2 free discussions are allowed. Additional discussions are charged at Payment Item 04 (approximately 30 US dollars). Users must provide clear reference for revisions to avoid ambiguous descriptions.
(5) Design Pattern Formulation
• Delivery Content: High-definition multi-angle patterns (front/side/back), marked with color parameters (PANTONE color numbers) and process requirements;
• Delivery Formats: JPG (high definition), PNG (transparent background), AI (vector graphics, optional);
• Cycle: First draft will be delivered within 3-4 working days after consensus is reached in the discussion;
• Revision Rules: 3 free partial revisions are allowed. Additional revisions are charged at Payment Item 05 (approximately 50 US dollars). Confirmation must be provided within 2 days; failure to do so will be deemed as finalization.
(6) Payment of Design Service Fees
• Fee Composition: Basic design fee + additional discussion/revision fees beyond free limits + special process fees (e.g., 3D modeling) - deducted consulting fees;
• Payment Schedule:
a. Deposit: 30% of the total fee (approximately 100 US dollars) shall be paid before initiating program formulation. Services will start upon receipt of the deposit;
b. Progress Payment: 50% of the total fee shall be paid after confirmation of the initial pattern draft;
c. Final Payment: 20% of the total fee shall be paid within 3 days after delivery of the finalized pattern;
• Liability for Delay: Liquidated damages of 0.3% of the total order price per day will be charged for late payment. Failure to pay for more than 15 days will be deemed as cancellation of services, and the deposit will not be refunded.
3.3 Special Agreements for Customized Production
(1) Sample Confirmation
• For bulk customization (≥50 units or order amount ≥5,000 yuan), sample production can be applied for. The sample fee is 20% of the total customization price (minimum 200 US dollars);
• Mass production will start after sample confirmation. The sample fee can be deducted from the final payment. Objections to the sample must be submitted in writing within 3 days.
(2) Production and Delivery
• Production Cycle: 7-15 working days for regular customization; 15-30 working days for complex processes (e.g., embroidery, electronic component embedding);
• Delivery Standards: Complies with national toy safety standards (GB 6675 series), uses non-toxic and environmentally friendly materials, consistent with the confirmed program, and size error ≤±2%;
• Logistics: Default logistics providers are DHL/UPS/FedEx. Express fees are extra. For cross-border orders, logistics methods are as agreed. Customs duties shall be borne by the User (negotiable).
(3) Bulk Purchasing Rules
• Tiered discounts are available for single bulk purchases ≥100 units: 10% discount for 100-499 units, 15% discount for 500-999 units, and 20% discount for ≥1,000 units;
• A purchasing agreement must be signed. An advance payment of 30%-50% is required, and the final payment shall be settled before shipment. Storage fees of 0.2% of the total order price per day will be charged for late pickup.
4. Intellectual Property Rights and Material Liability
4.1 Ownership of Intellectual Property Rights
• Website and Finished Dolls: Intellectual property rights such as text, images, LOGOs, design programs, and product images belong to us or authorized parties. Reproduction or commercial use without permission is prohibited;
• Customized/Design Results:
a. Before full payment is made, the intellectual property rights belong to us. Users shall not use them without authorization;
b. After full payment is made without purchasing the exclusive right: Users obtain non-exclusive right to use (limited to their own customized production and self-promotion);
c. After purchasing the exclusive right (30%-100% of the design fee): Users obtain exclusive/non-exclusive right to use (as agreed) and may use it for commercial purposes, but shall indicate the design source (optional);
• We reserve the right to use design results as case studies after removing User identifiers (Users may prohibit this by written notice).
4.2 User's Material Liability
Users warrant that the provided reference images, LOGOs, texts, and other materials do not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights, portrait rights, or other legitimate rights. If material infringement causes losses to us or third parties, the User shall bear full compensation liability (including compensation, litigation fees, and attorney fees).
5. Quality Standards and After-Sales Guarantee
5.1 Quality Requirements
• Materials: Non-toxic and environmentally friendly, compliant with GB 6675 series safety standards, no odor, and no sharp edges;
• Craftsmanship: Neat stitching, uniform filling, firm accessories, and customized products consistent with the confirmed program;
• Color Difference: Minor color differences caused by shooting light or display settings are normal and shall not be deemed as quality issues.
5.2 After-Sales Rules
• Finished Dolls: 7-day no-questions-asked return and exchange are supported (products must be intact and not affect secondary sales). Shipping fees for quality issues shall be borne by us;
• Customized Products:
a. Quality Issues (material inconsistency, craftsmanship defects, serious deviation from the program): Free rework, replacement, or full refund is supported. Shipping fees shall be borne by us;
b. Non-Quality Issues (User's demand changes, dislike): Return and exchange are not supported, but paid maintenance services may be provided;
• After-Sales Application: Order number and evidence of the issue (images/videos) must be provided within 3-15 days after receipt (depending on the product type). Failure to do so will be deemed as no objection.
6. Payment and Fee Explanations
6.1 Payment Methods: Supports Alipay, WeChat Pay, bank transfer, cross-border payment (PayPal), and Airwallex. Specific methods are subject to the payment page;
6.2 Fee Adjustments: In case of fee changes caused by raw material price increases or process upgrades, a 7-day prior notice will be posted. New orders will be implemented in accordance with the adjusted standards;
6.3 Invoices: Users may apply for invoices after order completion and must provide true invoicing information. Invoices cannot be returned or exchanged once issued.
7. Service Termination and Liability for Breach of Contract
7.1 Circumstances for Service Termination
• Voluntary Cancellation by User: Unpaid fees must be settled. Transaction records will be retained for 3 years after account cancellation (as required by laws and regulations);
• Unilateral Termination by Us:
a. The User seriously violates these Terms or Website Rules and fails to rectify after notification;
b. During customization services, the User refuses to make payments or maliciously delays confirmation for more than 7 days;
c. The account has been inactive for 12 consecutive months and the User cannot be contacted;
d. Required by laws and regulations or business suspension.
7.2 Liability for Breach of Contract
• Our Breach: If delivery is delayed beyond the agreed cycle (excluding force majeure), liquidated damages of 0.5% of the total order price per day will be paid. If the delay exceeds 15 days, the User may request a full refund and claim 10% liquidated damages;
• User's Breach:
a. Cancellation after customization services start: 10% compensation if the design program is unconfirmed, 30% compensation if the program is confirmed but production has not started, and 50%-80% compensation if production is in progress/completed;
b. Providing false materials leading to infringement: Bearing full losses;
c. Late payment: Paying liquidated damages of 0.3% of the outstanding amount per day.
8. Privacy Protection and Information Use
8.1 We collect and use User information (registration information, transaction records, customized materials, etc.) in accordance with the Privacy Policy, solely for providing services, optimizing products, and complying with regulatory requirements;
8.2 We will not arbitrarily share User information with third parties except in the following cases:
1. Sharing necessary information (e.g., delivery address, order number) with logistics/payment service providers;
2. Required by laws and regulations or investigation by competent authorities;
3. Protecting the legitimate rights and interests of us, Users, or the public interest.
9. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
9.1 Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China and the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of China (excluding conflict of laws rules);
9.2 Dispute Resolution: Friendly negotiation shall be the first step. If negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the people's court having jurisdiction over our location.
10. Other Terms
10.1 Severability: If any part of these Terms is deemed invalid, it shall not affect the validity of other parts;
10.2 Service of Notices: We will send notices via website announcements, registered email, or short messages. Notices are deemed delivered once sent;
10.3 Entire Agreement: These Terms and Website Rules constitute the entire agreement between both parties, replacing all previous verbal/written agreements;
